that the agreement dated April 13 , 2009 , for removal and
remediation of four underground storage tanks located at the
mer NAPA site on the Expo Grounds, by and between Howard R.
cen Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Via, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
i.ihorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
