RESOLUTION NO. 2009-321
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT
731 VINTON STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 657A. 10A
