ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 280 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance. No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 279, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Eighty
(280).
"280.
The Northwest one-quarter (4) of the Southeast one-quarter (4)
of Section 13, Township 88 N, Range 14 W, and that part of the
Northeast one-quarter (4) of the Southwest one-quarter (4) of
Section 13, Township 88 N, Range 14 W lying westerly of U.S.
Highway 63, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1"
Unclassified District be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described, subject to the
restriction that no race track be placed on said property."
Section 2. That the Acting Clerk/Auditor be, and she is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
