AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE BLOCK
BOUNDED BY SCHULTZ, WILLRICH AND CALHOUN
STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility and drainage
easements:
The southerly 8 feet of Lots 7-16; the northerly 8 feet of
Lots 17-26; the easterly 15 feet of Lots 11 and 22; the
westerly 15 feet of Lots 12 and 21, and the westerly 5 feet of
Lots 7 and 26, all in Steve's Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same are hereby vacated.
