AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EASTERLY 7.5 FEET OF
EAST PARK AVENUE LOCATED BETWEEN FRANKLIN
STREET AND WALNUT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the easterly 7.5 feet of East Park Avenue between Franklin
Street and Walnut Street:
The southeasterly 7.5 feet of platted East Park Avenue,
Adjacent to Block 61, Cooley Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the
above described property.
