AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY
OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY
MIKE BRUSTKERN TO REZONE 1.50
ACRES FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT TO "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCA-
TED WEST OF 3221 OSAGE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 50'9 as
amended, City of Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance, be amended to approve, a
request by Mike Brustkem to rezone 1.50
acres from "A-1" Agricultural District to
"R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District located west of 3221 Osage
Road, and legally described as follows:
