RESOLUTION NO. 2019-491
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PAYMENT TO GROW
CEDAR VALLEY (FORMERLY GREATER CEDAR VALLEY
ALLIANCE) IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,750, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the payment to Grow Cedar Valley (formerly Greater Cedar Valley Alliance), in the amount
of $60,750, for assistance in economic development activities, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the Cit
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June 2019.
