RESOLUTION NO. 2019-492
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CJE
PROPERTIES, GREEN DEVELOPMENT, AND THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, CHANGING THE COMPLETION DATE
OF HOMES TO BE RENOVATED, AND DEEDING BACK A
LOT TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO THAT WAS NOT USED
FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to a Development Agreement dated June 24, 2019, between CJE Properties,
Green Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, changing the completion date of homes to
be renovated, and deeding back a lot to the City of Waterloo that was not used for new
construction, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
