RESOLUTION NO. 2019-493
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, LLC, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, TO ALLOW EARTH-MOVING
ACTIVITIES IN PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE
SITE NORTH OF 3488 WAGNER ROAD, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated June 24, 2019, between Professional Lawn Care, LLC,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow earth-moving activities in preparation of development of
the site north of 3488 Wagner Road, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June 2019.
