RESOLUTION NO. 2019-494
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AFFIDAVIT FOR RELEASE OF
PROPERTY SALE FOR AN APPROVED PROJECT IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC, AND AUTHORIZE THE
COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the Affidavit for Release of Property Sale, dated June 24, 2019, releasing the sale of property for
an approved project, arising from or in connection with a certain Development Agreement dated
June 25, 2012, and filed October 19, 2012 as Doc. No. 2013-8061, as such rights relate to real
property now legally described as follows:
LOT 4, HAWTHORNE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
by and between Residential Development Partners, LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa„ is
hereby approved, and the Community Planning and Development Director is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June 2019.
