RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS FOR FINAL
DESIGN DOCUMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES FOR JEFFERSON AND COMMERCIAL STREETS
(RIVER ROAD TO 3RD STREET) IN DOWNTOWN
WATERLOO, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement dated June 24, 2019, between
Ritland+Kuiper Landscape Architects and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to
exceed $180,000, in conjunction with final design documents and construction related services
for Jefferson and Commercial Streets (River Road to 3rd Street) in Downtown Waterloo, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June 2019.
