.N ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (1) FIFTH STREET AND
(12) SIXTH STREET OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (1) FIFTH STREET AND
(12) SIXTH STREET OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS; AND
BY ADDING NEW SUBSECTIONS (2a) FOURTH STREET AND
(16) WILLISTON AVENUE TO SECTION 542, ONE-WAY
STREETS AND ALLEYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That Subsections (1) Fifth Street and (12) Sixth Street of
Section 542, One -Way Streets and Alleys, of the 1991 Traffic Code,
are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections (1)
Fifth Street and (12) Sixth Street of Section 542, One -Way Streets
and Alleys, of the 1991 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows:
(1) Fifth Street
(12) Sixth Street
Southwest to northeast from Bayard
Street to Wellington Street;
northeast to southwest from Walnut
Street to Grant Avenue.
Southwest to northeast from
Wellington Street to South Barclay
Street.
That Subsections (2a) Fourth Street and (16) Williston Avenue
are hereby added to Section 542, One -Way Streets and Alleys, of the
1991 Traffic Code, as follows:
(2a) Fourth Street
(16) Williston Avenue
