ORDINANCE NO. 3995
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SECTION 565A, TWO HOUR PARKING -BETWEEN 6:00
A.M. AND 8:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That. Section 565A, Two Hour Parking -Between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00
p.m., is hereby added to the 1991 Traffic Code as follows:
SEC. 565A. TWO HOUR. PARKING -BETWEEN 6:00 A.M. AND 8:00 P.M.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two
hours at any time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.,
except Sundays, within the district and upon any of the streets or
portions thereof as named herein:
(1) Fourth Street (W) Northwest side from Vermont Street
to Bayard Street.
