AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE PLATTED BUILDING LINE FROM 75
FEET TO 58 FEET ON TRACT K IN CEDAR CREST ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
A part of Tract K, Cedar Crest, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa described a follows:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of said Tract K;
thence N 54°20'00" E along the Northwesterly line of said
Tract K a distance of 75.00 feet; thence S 35°40'00" E
parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Tract K a
distance of 149.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing S 35°40'00" E a distance of 30.67 feet; thence S
54°20'00" W a distance of 16.84 feet; thence N 35°40'00" W a
distance of 30.67 feet; thence N 54°20'00" E a distance of
16.84 feet to the point of beginning.
The Southwesterly line of said Tract K is assumed to bear S
35°40'00" E.
