AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT (8) FOOT PLATTED
UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 24 AND 25 IN
WARREN-ERNSTER ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The northwesterly eight (8) feet of Lot 24, except the
northeasterly eight (8) feet thereof; and the southeasterly
eight (8) feet of Lot 25, except the northeasterly eight (8)
feet thereof, all in Warren-Ernster Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
