RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT TO THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR
FY2016 NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY
SEWER AND WATER MAIN EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO.
900 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage under General
PerflLit to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for the F.Y.
2016 Northeast Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer and Water Main
Extension, Contract No. 900, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute -the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2015 .
