AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 258 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 257,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Fifty-eight (258).
"258.
Commencing at the SE corner of the intersection of the
right-of-way of West Big Rock Road and Wagner Road thence
south 668' to point of beginning, thence easterly a distance
of';'23Q'', thence southerly a distance of 612.63', thence
easterly a distance of 159', thence southerly a distance of
58', thence easterly a distance of 354.78', thence southerly
a distance of 1,103.01', thence westerly a distance of
X73 ' , thence northerly a distance of 1,783.9' to point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa 3'a'j 1 in Section 3, Township 89 N, Range 13 W.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-2" Heavy
Industrial District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residential
District, as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
