AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 25 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 24, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Twenty-five (25).
"25.
Lots 9 and 10, Block 23, Hagerman Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, for use as a psychic palm
reading service and a residence, as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
