AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEYS LOCATED BETWEEN WEST
TENTH STREET AND WEST MULLAN AVENUE AND BETWEEN
WASHINGTON STREET AND BLUFF STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
the easterly to westerly alley in Blocks 51, 50, 48, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of Original Waterloo (West) and Blocks
1 and 2 of Doe's Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
