ORDINANCE NO. 3697
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF TEXAS STREET LYING
NORTH OF VACATED EASTON AVENUE, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
follows:
That portion of Texas Street lying north of vacated Easton
Avenue and easterly of I-380 and U.S. 218, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
