RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $112, 500 . 00
FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE FY
2016 NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY SEWER,
& WATER MAIN EXTENSION, CONTRACT 900, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 7,
2.01_5, between JDE Engineering and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in
an amount not to exceed $112, 500 . 00, for construction related
services for the F.Y. 12016- Northeast Industrial Park Sanitary
Sewer and Water Main Extension, Contract No. 900, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2015.
