AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED AT 3383 MONTICELLO
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
chat the following described platted drainage and utility
easement:
The northwesterly three feet of the southeasterly eight feet
of Lot 20, West Ridge Third Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
be and the same hereby vacated.
