RE: Request for Security Services
Dear Mr. Bennett,
Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated, full-service security
company since its inception in 1953. We are currently transitioning to a third generation
of ownership, and since the earliest days our philosophy has always been to go beyond
the acceptable in the pursuit of excellence. We believe this is the best way to meet the
ever-increasing demands of business and industry. Our goal is to set standards today
that our competitors will try to emulate tomorrow, and it all starts with a personal touch.
Within our company, the branch office is at the heart of our service structure, where local
management is empowered to deliver leadership to both our customers and employees.
Our corporate infrastructure is designed to accommodate reasonable growth at the
branch level without affecting the consistently high quality service that our customers
have come to expect. Our company works as a team; we are a family, wherever we are,
the goal remains the same.
We strive to establish a true partnership with each customer, so we have adopted a
proactive approach. We work with customers on an on-going consultative basis, and
continually look for ways to improve our service and value. We feel confident that the
people who know us best, our customers and our employees, will support our claim of
consistently demonstrating a commitment to quality.
Thank you for the opportunity to present our company to you and how we may best be
situated to meet your needs as a vendor partner. We look forward to providing Waterloo
Waste Management with its protection needs in the future.

ANNIVERARY
Clients continually choose us as we provide quality, not just bodies, and provide services which not only
meet contract requirements but also meet needs and expectations... within budget.
WHERE WE CAME FROM
John and Eleanor Duffy founded Per Mar Security
Services in Davenport, Iowa in 1953. Their company was
grown through steadfast dedication to the community,
their employees, and their customers. What is now
viewed as client -centric was just common sense to John
& Eleanor. never a 'No' to a customer as long as the
request is legal, moral and made good business sense.
Throughout our history, our 'corporate culture' has remained very customer
centric. We simply recognized that in order to excel as a supplier of security
services, it was vital to thoroughly understand the needs of our customers, and
remain proactively prepared to meet those. Today, the Per Mar team of security
experts is well known for providing security solutions to a variety of customers and
market segments throughout the Midwest in the most cost-effective manner
possible.
WHO WE ARE TODAY
We still operate from our corporate headquarters located
in Davenport, Iowa, dubbed Per Mar Centre. We are also
in our third generation of family leadership. Michael Duffy,
the son of John and Eleanor, is the company's CEO, while
his sons Brad Duffy and Brian Duffy are Presidents of the
Security Officer Division and Electronic Security Division
respectively.
In addition to our corporate office our company has grown to 22 branch offices and
19 satellite locations strategically located throughout our footprint. We are also
currently the largest family-owned, full-service security company in the Midwest.
With more than 2,400 team members and licensed to work in 14 states we are a
regionally dominant, financial stable security company who continues to focus on
providing excellent service to our client base. Further, we have exceeded 100
Million in revenues since 2015 and are continuing to grow year over year.

Independent Auditor's Report
The Board of Directors
Per Mar Security and Research Corp.
and Subsidiaries:
We have audited the accompanying consolidated financial statements of Per Mar Security and
Research Corp. and subsidiaries which comprise the consolidated balance sheets as of December 31,
2018 and 2017 and the related consolidated statements of operations, comprehensive income,
stockholders' equity and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the consolidated
financial statements.
Management's Responsibility for the Financial Statements
Management Is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of these consolidated financial
statements in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles; this Includes the design,
implementation, and maintenance of internal control relevant to the preparation and fair presentation of
consolidated financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or
error.
Auditor's Responsibility
Our responsibility Is to express an opinion on these consolidated financial statements based on our
audits. We conducted our audits in accordance with U.S. generally accepted auditing standards.
Those standards require that we plan and perform the audits to obtain reasonable assurance about
whether the consolidated financial statements are free of material misstatement.
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures
in the consolidated financial statements The procedures selected depend on the auditor's judgment,
including the assessment of the risks of material misstatement of the consolidated financial
statements, whether due to fraud or error. In making those risk assessments, the auditor considers
internal control relevant to the entity's preparation and fair presentation of the consolidated financial
statements In order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for
the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the entity's internal control. Accordingly,
we express no such opinion. An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of accounting
policies used and the reasonableness of significant accounting estimates made by management, as
well as evaluating the overall presentation of the consolidated financial statements.
We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for
our audit opinion.
Opinion
In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material
respects, the financial position of Per Mar Security and Research Corp. and subsidiaries as of
December 31, 2018 and 2017, and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the years then
ended In accordance with U S generally accepted accounting principles.
