AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOT 52,
HEARTLAND HILLS SECOND ADDITION, WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The Westerly five feet of Lot 52, Heartland Hills
Second Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
