AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1006 FAIRVIEW AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
The 55' long sidewalk adjoining Lot 2, Block 2 of
Burnside Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
