AN ORDINANCE VACATING FIVE FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH LOT LINE OF 2331-2333
FAIRWAY LANE IN T,TE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The southerly five (5) feet of Lot 23, except the easterly
eight (8) feet, in bonds Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
