AN ORDINANCE VACATING TEN FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SAN MARNAN DRIVE FRONTAGE
ROAD, WEST OF WEST NINTH STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, :IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
The ten (10) foot building line on the south side of Lot 13,
Brookeridge Addition, Waterloo, Flack Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
