HomeMy WebLinkAbout3709-05/29/1990ORDINANCE NO. 3709 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLATTED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED IN THE FINAL PLAT NOW KNOWN AS PINNACLE PLACE FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described platted drainage and utility easements: An easement Twenty-three (23) feet wide for drainage and utility purposes, which was platted and dedicated as part of Tract "A" and Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Country Club Condominium, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, said easement lying Eight (8) feet North and Fifteen (15) feet South of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence Southeasterly along the Northerly lines of said Lots Two (2) and Three (3) to the most Easterly corner of said Lot Three (3), except that part of the above described easement lying Westerly of a line and Northerly extension thereof which is Eight (8) feet normally distant, Easterly of the Westerly line of said Lot Two (2), and also excepting that part of the above described easement lying Easterly of a line which is Eight (8) feet normally distant and Northwesterly of the Southeasterly lines of said Tract "A" and Lot Three (3). Also, an easement Sixteen (16) feet wide for sewer purposes over Lot Two (2) in said Condominium, the centerline line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot Two (2) which is Seventy (70) feet Southwesterly of the most Northerly corner of said Lot Two (2); thence Northeasterly to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot Two (2) which is Sixty (60) feet Easterly of the most Northerly corner of said Lot Two (2), the side lines of said easement to be lengthened and shortened as to commence and end on the Northwesterly and Northerly lines of said Lot Two (2) respectively, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
