AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS
(10) AND (l0a) BROADWAY STREET, OF SECTION 541,
INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND BY
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (10)
BROADWAY STREET, OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (10) and (l0a) Broadway Street of
Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 1988 Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are
hereby repealed in their entirety; that a new Subsection (10)
Broadway Street of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in
Certain Areas, of the 1988 Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(10) Broadway Street - from 100 feet west of Grandview
Avenue to Utica Street 35 mph
