AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT FOOT
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF 2515
WEST NINTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The Westerly three (3) feet of the platted utility easement
along the east line of Lot 16, Shuman Addition, in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
