BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 89, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in Black Hawk County described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 10 Block 2 Litchfield First Addition, thence west along the North line of said lot 68.2', thence North 29' to the North line of Litchfield Avenue, thence East along the North line of Litchfield Avenue to the westerly line of Columbia Street extended northerly, thence South 29' to the Point of Beginning, shall be and the same hereby vacated, with the City's retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above the following described parcel: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 89, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in Black Hawk County described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 10 Block 2 Litchfield First Addition, thence North along the Westerly line of Columbia Street extended Northerly a distance of 13' to the point of Beginning, thence West 68.2', thence North 16', thence East 68.2', thence South 16' to the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
