AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (72) LOCUST STREET OF SECTION
543, THRU STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
A NEW SUBSECTION (72) LOCUST STREET OF SECTION
543, THRU STREETS; AND
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (29) WEST SECOND STREET
AND LOCUST OF SECTION 544, ALL -WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (72) Locust Street of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (72) Locust Street of
Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code, is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(72) Locust Street
West Sixth Street to West
Mullan Avenue except for
traffic signals at West Fourth
and at West Third and a
two-way stop at West Fifth.
That Subsection (29) West Second Street and Locust of
Section 544, All -Way Stop Intersections, of the 1988
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
