AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY LOCATED AT
THE REAR OF 925 LEAVITT STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The southerly one (1) foot of the platted alley adjoining Lot
5, Block 11, Leavitt, Johnson and Miller Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
