Q RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO WATERLOO
s H MEMORIAL DAY BOARD TO HOLD ANNUAL MEMORIAL
C s DAY PARADE ON MAY 25 , 2009 .
•CD ¢ WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Day Board has made written
application to the City Council asking that they be authorized
and permitted to hold the annual Memorial Day Parade on May 25 ,
009, and

_ WHEREAS, said parade will begin at 10 : 30 a .m. , with route
starting on 5th and Commercial Streets to Park Avenue, right to
Mulberry Street, right to 5th Street and right to Commercial
t -eet .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Waterloo Memorial Day
Board to hold the annual Memorial Day Parade on May 25 , 2009
beginning at 10 : 30 a.m. , with route starting on 5th and
Commercial Streets to Park Avenue, right to Mulberry Street,
right to 5th Street and right to Commercial Street, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
