- - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hcxkofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to
s ecifications, form of contract, etc . r for re
thep Waterloo plans,P
For:The Arts Roof Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
didWHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
Contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Center For The Arts Roof
.Replacement, which were preliminarily approved on April 6, 2009,
and
cc WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 27,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Center For The Arts Roof
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
