cA o H WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.

a m -- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Rehabilitation of Runway 18-36 at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
:: WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
p-lans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
ReT3abilitati.on of Runway 18-36 at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
which were preliminarily approved on April 6 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 27,
209, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Rehabilitation of Runway 18-36 at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
