WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hetofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
r'oppsed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
w 2009 Economic Stimulus Overlay, Contract No. 758 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
',=.7- c•- WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009
Economic Stimulus Overlay, Contract No. 758 , which were
preliminarily approved on April 20 , 2009, and
}. WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 27,
2009 .

` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2009 Economic Stimulus Overlay,
Contract No . 758 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
