PrE,,ttle amount of $15, 000 . 00 , for the construction of the 2008 Dog
Park Fencing Project, Portion B, described in the plans and
ecifications heretofore adopted by
prject, after public hearingpublished this Council for said
law, be and is hereby accepted, the samee being 1the cerlowestd bbdy
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
tract with the said contractor for the construction of said
nprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
