DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
a tthi t the application dated April 27 , 2009, for grant in the
4 unt of $1, 627, 000 . 00, for Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Supplemental funds for the purpose of funding Single-
Df'amily New Construction Unit Production, by and between Iowa
