BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
what the agreement dated April 27 , 2009, for lease of two Harley-
ridson police motorcycles at a cost of $125 . 00 per month per
motorcycle, by and between Silver Eagle Harley-Davidson/Buell of
(o Iratterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
iereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
