AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
_c that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 27, 2009, at
f a cost of $32 , 500 . 00, in conjunction with F. Y. 2009 Big Rock Roaq_
' Bridges Replacement With Box Culverts, Contract No . 739, by and
between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
`k" be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
