~ =' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
a that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 27, 2009, at
a cost of $85 , 000 . 00 , for FY2009 and FY2010 to provide economic
development, by and between the Greater Cedar Valley Alliance of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
-hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
