BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
a that the Contract dated May 4 , 2009, in the amount of $9, 850 . 00 ,
for Asbestos Removal for 218-220 and 222-224 West 2nd Street, 118
Eas-t 10th Street, 116-118 East 8th Street and 1218 Sycamore
U7 Street, Contract No . 133-AR-04-13-09-GO, by and between Advanced
Technologies of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
