c s (7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
f. that the modified contract dated May 4 , 2009, for legal services
w with Jim Walsh for retainer of $1, 600 . 00 per month and Clark,
0o Butler, Walsh and Hamann at $115 . 00 per hour for attorneys and
$70 . 00 for paralegals, by and between Jim Walsh of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
