"' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

c7- that the agreement dated May 4 , 2009, for use of the city' s
computer maintenance management system, by and between Black Hawk
County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
ti approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
