co Recovery Fund grant in the amount of $21, 000 . 00 , with no required

purchase of an X-Ray Florescence (XRF)
apalyzer, by and between Iowa Department of Economic Development
aid the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
p roved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
Same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
