BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the agreement dated May 4 , 2009, for a Traffic Safety Funds
grant in the amount of $250 , 000 . 00, with no required local match,
_ installation of guidance signs on Sergeant Road, TSF20-6 (56)—
°O X07, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa be and the same is hereby approved, and
e Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
