WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
c- Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract and preliminary
eet.imate of cost, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for Human Resources
Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second Floor of City
Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, bid document, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
