Sect.lon 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall mee-tITat the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, rbwa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 26th day of May, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specificati=ons, bid document, form of contract and estimate of
cost for Carpet Replacement for Human Resources Office and Carpet
and Tile Replacement for Second Floor of City Hall, in the City
of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
