c o WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
`n Office ial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc . , for Janitorial Services Contract for City
Hall, Carnegie Annex, Police Training Center and Memorial Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and

WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, bid document, form of contract and
p4i minary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of
Wat4Sloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
